Developing brands and product categories to inspire customers is my passion. My expertise focuses on licensing for consumer goods, strategic brand and product development and extensions in the clothing, interior, lifestyle and luxury categories.
Through my extensive experience as a Director of Licensing at The Walt Disney Company and the collaborations with global brands throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive know-how and insightful understanding of brands and therefore how to develop creative and strategic market positions across multiple sectors and categories.
In addition, I thrive working with multi-cultural teams in international organizations and even more so if it is in a challenging context of a demanding change and growth strategy.

Marken und Geschäftsfelder zu entwickeln und auch Kunden mit Produkten zu begeistern, ist meine große Stärke und Leidenschaft. Schwerpunkt meiner Expertise sind dabei die Bereiche Licensing für Konsumgüter, Marken-Kooperationen und strategische Produkt-Entwicklung in den Bereichen Bekleidung, Interieur, Lifestyle und Luxus.
Durch meine langjährige Arbeit als Senior Executive bei The Walt Disney Company und die Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Markenunternehmen verfüge ich über ein umfangreiches Know-How und tiefes unternehmerisches Verständnis für Marken. Das Herzstück meiner Arbeit ist die kreative, operative und strategische Führung von Marken und deren marktübergreifende Entwicklung auf internationalem Niveau.
Außerdem begeistert mich immer wieder das Arbeiten in und mit multinationalen Firmen und Organisationen, gerade in Zeiten mit intensiven Herausforderungen und großem Wandel.
